We could fix a whole lot of problems in the USA if we deported all who are here illegally and closed the boarders to them.

while that would not fix the probs, it would make the probs alot easier to handle.  A illegal alien can get medical for free.  yet some one like myself that works hard, pays taxs, pumps money into the econ... can't aford medical.  The plans I could aford run less then $200 a month, but have 1500+ deductables.  The ones were the co pays are reasonable ( 25-500)  are in the 400-600 range.   I can't use that much in service if I tried.

Almost the whole state is farmers. The liberal elite all crowd in along the coast and run everything because the farmers are all spread out and never get any real say in the elections. I live in what is the reddest city in the reddest county in the Country and things are starting to slip to a purpler shade. I hear Colorado was getting a little purpler too.

Definitely no bailout! We need our legislators to be held accountable. Everyone else has to live on a budget. It's time they know that we aren't giving them blank checks. Every illegal of every color and from every nationality should be launched across the border as soon as they are identified!

Maybe the quake that will send everything west of the San Andreas (and other faults north and south) into the ocean will create a tsunami that will go around the world and target NYC for removal, then up the Hudson and take out Albany. That would leave the best parts of both states.

You know, that's the best damn idea I've heard in a while! After we build the fence we set up trebouches every 200 yds or so along the border. Then every day at noon, all the illegals that were caught sneakin in that day, get loaded up and launched back across the border!

It'll be great, BBQ, beer, and physics lessons for the kids! Hell I bet people would come from all over and pay big bucks to see it! Charge for 3 months and you just payed for the whole operation!

I feel your pain.  My group health premiums, as of June 1st, are now just slightly MORE than 35% of my base salary.  I just keep reminding myself, though, "If you think health insurance is expensive now, just wait until it's free!"
