Here is an example of why hiring illegal aliens is not economically productive for the State of California

You have 2 families..."Joe Legal" and "Jose Illegal". Both families have 2 parents, 2 children and live in California.
"Joe Legal" works in construction, has a Social Security Number, and makes $25.00 per hour with payroll taxes deducted...."Jose Illegal" also works in construction, has "NO" Social Security Number, and gets paid $15.00 cash "under the table".

Joe Legal...$25.00 per hour x 40 hours $1000.00 per week, $52,000 per year.

Now take 30% away for state federal tax
Joe Legal now has $31,231.00

Jose Illegal...$15.00 per hour x 40 hours $600.00 per week, $31,200.00 per year
Jose Illegal pays no taxes...
Jose Illegal now has $31,200.00

Joe Legal pays Medical and Dental Insurance with limited coverage $1000.00 per month $12,000.00 per year
Joe Legal now has $19,231.00

Jose Illegal has full Medical and Dental coverage through the state and local clinics at a cost of $0.00 per year
Jose Illegal still has $31,200.00

Joe Legal makes too much money is not eligible for Food Stamps or welfare Joe Legal pays for food $1,000.00 per month $12,000.00 per year
Joe Legal now has $ 7,231.00

Jose Illegal has no documented income and is eligible for Food Stamps and Welfare Jose Illegal still has $31,200.00

Joe Legal pays rent of $1,000.00 per month $12,000.00 per year Joe Legal is now in the hole minus (-) $4,769.00

Jose Illegal receives a $500 per month Federal rent subsidy

Joe Legal now works overtime on Saturdays or gets a part time job after work.

Jose Illegal has nights and weekends off to enjoy with his family.

Joe Legal's and Jose Illegal's children both attend the same school. Joe Legal pays for his children's lunches while Jose Illegal's children get a government sponsored lunch.

Jose Illegal's children have an after school ESL program. Joe Legal's children go home.

Joe Legal and Jose Illegal both enjoy the same Police and Fire Services, but Joe paid for them and Jose did not pay.

M'ette, You are absolutely right! More and more people are waking up to these sad but true facts. It is because of situations like this, along with socialized "healthcare" that will push the people of this country to revolt. If anybody wonders why the government is so hell bent on disarming us, it's because they know it's the only way they will be able to keep fleecing us without being shot.

I am sick as hell of paying for somebody else's laziness.  I have a sister whom I love dearly, but who has been a "career government employee" (if you get my drift).  All my adult life, everytime Mrs. T and I got something new or nice we heard the same mantra from my sister...."It must be nice!!" 

Finally, after we bought the house we live in now she said it once too often.  "It must be NICE to have a house like this!" 

I replied, "Yes, it is!  And it's really pretty easy, too.......all you have to do is get off your lazy ass and get a f***ing job!!!"

Her reponse, "Well, you guys have been lucky over the years!"

To which I said, "That's true.  But I can't help but notice that the harder we work, the luckier we seem to get!!"

Now that I think of it, maybe instead of sending a check to the IRS next April 15th I should just make it out to my sister or to one of the myriad of "undocumented" people running around my little town and cut out the middleman.

Why the HELL should I have to support these lazy assholes just because some asshat politician has decided that I can "afford to"?!?  Screw that, jackoff, it's MY money...I've WORKED for it!!  And while we're on the subject of what is mine......they're MY guns, and I want you to keep your damn hands off BOTH my money AND my guns!!!

Man, that really lays it out. It made me sick to my stomach. I recommend that every forum member copy and paste and send to everyone that they know.

It really drives the home the problem of illegal immigration.

Nice post M'ette cuts though all the crap BUT you forgot one big point. Joe legal has to compete for a job with someone who will undercut him by $10 an hour and no employer taxes on SS, workers comp etc.
