You critique all the shooting scenes in movies (and get mad when they screw it up).

Am I the only one who is amazed at the cowboy movies where they get 7 or 8 shots out of a Colt peacemaker WITHOUT reloading? 

Or when the Dr. in the film "Halloween" fired 8 rounds at Michael Myers from a S&W Model 28 without reloading?

Also, how come TV and movie guns never seem to have recoil?
