Ha, yeah. I discretely deposited it in the nearest garbage can. I noticed the guy behind me looking to see what I tossed in there. Surprised I didn't hear about the airport being shut down later, the way things are these days  If I had to do it again, I would have backed out of the line and put the mag in my rig, which was in the parking lot. Have you seen the price of .380, lately

flew out of Tampa once after getting off a bulk carrier (that's a ship for you lubbers) and got pulled to the side after a 'swipe'.
we had been carrying coal, sulfur, petcoke, and wheat during that tour. (all different trips though) they thought it was gun powder and some other wierd stuff. looked a little confused until I explained what I do.
