Michael Jackson Dies
« on: June 25, 2009, 05:33:21 PM »
We've just learned Michael Jackson has died. He was 50.

Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon at his Holmby Hills home and paramedics were unable to revive him. We're told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.

A source tells us Jackson was dead when paramedics arrived. A cardiologist at UCLA tells TMZ Jackson died of cardiac arrest.

Once at the hospital, the staff tried to resuscitate him but he was completely unresponsive.

We're told one of the staff members at Jackson's home called 911.

La Toya ran in the hospital sobbing after Jackson was pronounced dead.

Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.

Goofy as he was this is still sad.

He had talent, and did very well for himself until he went off the deep end.

Regardless of what he was or became, there are a lot of family members hurting over this.

I hate be hard and cold at this moment, but I'm glad there is one less child molester in this world now....Nevertheless, I'm sure his family and friends are distraught......

WOW!  The two icons from posters on the walls of teenagers (of a certain era) dying in one day!

Actually, I had a phone confirence get cancelled this afternoon as one of the participents works for a celebrity-driven "news" show and was taking calls every 30 seconds or so.

So glad I don't live or work in Hollywood anymore!

Hopefully, the music and not the scandals will be remebered.

Hold on guys. As of 4:55 Mountain time, Fox News says he's still alive and in a coma. Granted I think that's the next best place for him. But don't pop the cork just yet

"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

Farrah, I will miss.  She was my catalyst into puberty.  I will love her always.

Wacko Jacko?  meh.  I am not sure I feel "bad" or his kids.  Maybe now they will have some sort of a shot at a normal life and upbringing.

I am still mourning John Wayne, Lee Marvin, Charles Bronson, Steve McQueen, and of course Moses himself...Mr. Heston.
God bless, and sincere thanks to all our fine people in uniform.  You pay for our freedom, and for that we owe you all we can give you.  Thank you.

It would appear that Mikey got a head start on the embalming process some years ago.

I've already gotten over it.  He stole Farrah's last chance at fame.
