Our greatest victory, but potentially our greatest defeat. The 2A has been the gorilla in the room no one mentioned until Heller. Now someone has said "Hey, that's a big damn monkey"!. Good news in forestalling any gun grabs from BO, but if it is not incorporated in the next term or two, it means that CA, or NJ regs can make a mockery of it. This is one reason (her position on 1A protection for students being the other) I am hell bent against Sotomayor.
