Still get his show every once in a while on RFD TV.  Love to listen to his stories, and his food is good too!

No low fat, butter alternative margarine products in his food. Remember an episode for Coq a Vin, using good ol' lard. Chicken, red wine, pearl onions, lard, more red wine, seasonings,,,....

Tastes better that way don't ya know,....
