using 124 grain +p+ ammo in 239 sas 9mm ?

Is it ok to use 124 +p+ ammo in a sig 239 sas 9mm?  If not whats best?

I doubt that light use (100-200 rounds to make sure it works in your gun, then a mag or two every so often) would bother it.  From personal experience, I'd be more worried about how it might affect my shooting - that's a bunch of recoil in a small gun, and might present a problem with follow-up shots if you ever have to use it.

Recoil is weird - I can comfortably shoot my .44 Magnum Super Blackhawk all day with full power loads, but I'm trading in a Kel-Tec PF-9 because it hurts when I shoot it.  Go figure...
