Obama setting up a third term?

At the rate his poll numbers are falling, I hope and pray ACORN won't even be able to resurrect more than 1 term for this Carter

The last poll I saw indicated that the support for Caesar Obamus’ policies is beginning to fall but his personal numbers are holding.  It is kind of like "supporting the troops but not the mission."  Liberals are so good at compartmentalizing.

Excuse my ignorance on this, but is this the same as declaring "Martial Law"? Allowing him to remain as President as long as martial law is in place? Is remaining as President even a part of martial law?

It's something stuck in the back of my head I remember hearing but I am not completely sure of how it works.
