a buddy of mine got into a bar fight while carrying a few years back. he got a broken nose and 2 ribs because he didnt want to draw down on a bar full of security contractors. sometimes firearms just escalate the situation.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, IMMIGRATE. God knows we have enough illegal Mexicans here. One legal Aussie is not an issue. You will find plenty of sponsors on this board. You won't have to worry about keeping your hands in your pockets in "dodgy" areas either, as one of them  will be on the butt of a Glock 26. No worries mate. Its all legal and you can shoot a deer rather than a 'roo with an AK and no one will say you nay.
