Negative Propaganda
« on: July 09, 2009, 10:50:04 AM »
I started out thinking that this was a good video, and then they went too far.  If you notice the kid is already standing there and does not walk around.  Could he really smuggle all those guns in those clothes, or is it just a good job of application of scare tactics?

Uhm, I think it is supposed to be "humor" - but I've been wrong about this kind of thing before (and probably will be again).  ???

It does look staged to me. To walk around with that many guns and a shotgun behind your leg. Would of like to see him move around. Kid's do wear their clothes baggie enough to pack alot of " anything".

As I listened to it the narrative sounds too much like the school uniform discussions and meetings I have seen.  I'm not sure that it is a joke or sarcasim.  An extreme example to make a point - Yes, but a joke - No.

As a product of 12 years of Catholic school education, I can only agree that uniforms make everyone behave a little differently.  Boys were less aggressive in their play because you dare not rip or tear your dress pants. And the girls in their pleated skirts, well that's still a fantasy that lives with me even to this day.  The clothes/uniforms are still more affordable for most with the advent of designer jeans and tees.  Call me stodgy, old fashioned or grumpy, but you could always pick out the kids who went to Catholic schools or Public schools.

I wonder if he realizes that had that 6-1/2 inch barrel S&W gone off while he was trying to remove it, he'd have been going off half-cocked.   ;D

St. Thomas Aquinas H.S. those skirts were AMAZING!!! :P

Little overboard on the video, but it does prove how easy it is.

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.
