I used to live around there and I'm surprised that they have a Chief and a Sergeant. That would imply they have Officers, too. Carter Lake, IA is really small, 2 sq. miles. It is actually now on the Nebraska side of the Missouri River between downtown Omaha and the Omaha airport. It is an oxbow area that was in Iowa until 1877 when the river’s course changed.
I can hear the Chief getting done asking, “Ok, now we all remember the four rules of gun safety, right?”
BANG!
