Does anyone know anything about the back story on this guy? I've only seen the picture. The person in the background has a very realistic looking M-60 (M-243?). Was just wondering . . .

Maybe this kid is one of the post turtle's new civilian security corps, or whatever the hell it is he plans to call the reincarnation of the Hitler Youth.
