Since when did these people get the idea that they could police thought? Hate crime legislation...never ceases to make blood shoot out of my eyes.

Since Lenin (Vladimir, not John, John said "happiness is a warm gun"  ) Told them that was how to keep the sheeple in line.

“DEFINITION OF HATE GROUP.—In this subsection, the terms ‘group associated with hate-related violence’ or ‘hate group’ mean the following:

(C) Groups or organizations that espouse an intention or expectation of armed revolutionary activity against the United States Government, or the violent overthrow of the United States Government

(E) Groups or organizations that encourage members to join the armed forces in order to obtain military training to be used for acts of violence against minorities, other groups, or the United States Government.

(G) Other groups or organizations that are determined by the Attorney General to be of a violent, extremist nature.

"In Germany, they came first for the Communists, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Communist;
And then they came for the trade unionists, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a trade unionist;
And then they came for the Jews, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Jew;
And then... they came for me... And by that time there was no one left to speak up."

Item "C" means that if you think the post turtle in chief's policies will lead to wide spread civil unrest when the economy collapses  YOUR A TERRORIST
Item "E" means that if you advocate joining the military to resist radical Islam, who's members have publicly vowed to destroy our way of life, YOU ARE A TERRORIST
Item "G" means "Any REAL Americans we may have missed in the other items".

Well they might as well come get me, because I believe that with in 4 years at the absolute most there will be armed groups roaming America killing any one connected with the US Govt. and when they start hanging socialists in MY area, I hope I'll be allowed to help.

Here's is BHO's statement on the racist,

Quote
The White House, Washington

Good Morning,

Yesterday, Judge Sonia Sotomayor made her opening statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee and moved another step closer to taking a seat on the United States Supreme Court. In case you missed it, watch the video of her opening statement here:

Judge Sotomayors Opening Statement

As President, there are few responsibilities more serious or consequential than the naming of a Supreme Court Justice, so I want to take this opportunity to tell you about the qualifications and character that informed my decision to nominate Judge Sotomayor.

Judge Sotomayor's brilliant legal mind is complemented by the practical lessons that can only be learned by applying the law to real world situations.

In the coming days, the hearings will cover an incredible body of work from a judge who has more experience on the federal bench than any incoming Supreme Court Justice in the last 100 years. Judge Sotomayor's professional background spans our judicial system — from her time as a big-city prosecutor and a corporate litigator, to her work as a federal trial judge on the U.S. District Court, and an appellate judge on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

And then there is Judge Sotomayor's incredible personal story. She grew up in a housing project in the South Bronx — her parents coming to New York from Puerto Rico during the Second World War. At the age of nine, she lost her father, and her mother worked six days a week just to put food on the table. It takes a certain resilience and determination to rise up out of such circumstances, focus, work hard and achieve the American dream.

This character shined through in yesterday's opening statement: Watch the video.

In Judge Sotomayor, our nation will have a Justice who will never forget her humble beginnings, will always apply the rule of law, and will be a protector of the Constitution that made her American dream and the dreams of millions of others possible. As she said so clearly yesterday, Judge Sotomayor's decisions on the bench "have been made not to serve the interests of any one litigant, but always to serve the larger interest of impartial justice."

In anticipation of today's first round of questioning, I hope you'll share this email widely, because Judge Sotomayor's confirmation is something that affects every American. It's important for these hearings to be about Judge Sotomayor's own record and her capacity for the job — not any political back and forth that some in Washington may use to distract you. What members of the Judiciary Committee, and the American people, will see today is a sharp and fearless jurist who does not let powerful interests bully her into breaking from the rule of law.

Thank you,
Barack Obama

You got to be shitting me.

"Judge Sotomayor's brilliant legal mind is complemented by the practical lessons that can only be learned by"
Being overturned in 2/3 of her decisions
".In Judge Sotomayor, our nation will have a Justice who will never forget her humble beginnings,"
Although she may try REAL hard to forget that comment that "If it weren't for Affirmative Action she would not have gotten into good schools because her grades weren't as good as her fellow students".

Sent to my Senators,

Dear Sir,

Ms Sotomayor has demonstrated by her judicial rulings (4 of 6 over turned), her membership in extremist anti-American organizations (La Raza), and her comments stating that she would rule based on her experience, that she is unqualified to sit on the Supreme Court of the United States.

Furthermore her comments that the Second Amendment is about hunting and is not a fundamental right nor worthy of incorporation displays her disdain for established law and the Bill of Rights as written.

I will be closely watching your vote and let me assure you that if you vote to confirm her appointment it will severely negatively  impact your chances for re-election.

Sincerely,

xxxxxx

The only remotely encouraging thing I can come away with is the thought that perhaps many of us will be housed in the same concentration camp.

The Heart Mountain Internment Camp, for Japanese-Americans during WWII is within a couple hours of my home. It's a historical site now, but it wouldn't take much to convert it back into a "full use" facility.

I have stated this before, and while Tom backed me off at the time. I am still not convinced that the Feds aren't trying to incite something here. I mean they label anyone who dissents a "terrorist" and are trying every end run around the constitution. They are passing legislation in the middle of the night, and banning guns anywhere they can get away with it.

I am starting to think they are just waiting for rioting. Then they can come in Iranian style and start getting rid of opposition for good. We all know that the media is in their pocket, so the masses wouldn't see both sides. Making the dissenters look like brutal thugs.

Everyday I watch the news, and I read your comments, and I listen to people talk. The more I hear, and see, and read. The more I feel like the Second Amendment March next year will not be done with empty holsters.
