Somebody's looking to get their ass shot.  I doubt they'd call the cops is they caught them, there's too much liability in the ass kicking that would follow.  I hope who ever did it wakes up, because laying on the ground in a pool of blood is in their future, and no Dallas jury is going to punish someone for killing an arsonist.
