I can read schematics and complex flow charts, and consumers and employers are the closest to the IRS, and at the tail end of the bureaucracy.

That's about right. 70% of this countries industry and commerce is smaller companies. And since we/they pay, as were not the benefit,welfare group that get free healthcare called Medicaid anyway, we will pay some more.

Since private insurers can't compete with a gov't program that could care less about profitability, employer's will be forced to cut their healthcare costs and ditch the employee plan and toss us to the gov't plan, in essence, making private insurance only for those that can PAY out of pocket.

Just like Russia, and most of the other socialist, nations out there.

The flow chart just is a fancy, very colorful, way to tell small business owners and employees of small and mid size companies, that WE'RE SCREWED!

KY should be a staple "free" exemption to this plan...
