I can get a new one around the corner (other side of the PD from me    ) For $500 even Model 17 same price and they have the 33 round mags, only one thing missing

 This place near me has 9mm, 10mm, and a compact .45 all $500.
No dough though and like I posted earlier, I need a good general purpose rifle first, with the 1911 and the S&W .357 I'm pretty well set for hand guns.
And as much over cast as WE have had up here, I'll stay on the sunny side and skip the "dark side" thank you.
