 In order for it to matter a Judge will have to order him to produce a VALID  birth Certificate (the one on the internet during the campaign was a BAD  fake) Any Judge who does that will lose his job, and other Judges will take the hint.

Bill and Hillary Clinton are two of the most ruthless political sleazeballs this country has ever produced. Karl Rove is vying with them for that title. Between the three, with all the money and access to government records they had (Former POTUS, Senator, Consiglierie to the POTUS) if there was any thing to the citizenship thing it would have been used during the election. The only reason its out there is because the GOP still doesn't understand why they lost. They were selling a gold plated turd, and now think that if they paint it purple folks will buy it. They are the party of NO, "socialist" "weak on defense" etc.. What do they stand for? Who knows? Who speaks for them?  Who knows? Until they get a coherent positive message and a viable standard bearer they are stuck in the sandbox slinging mud and hoping something sticks. As a member of neither party, I hope they get their ass in gear and come up with a program. They just don't seem to be able to get over the fact that they lost and are blaming anyone but themselves. Until they regroup and get back in the game with a new approach, they, and the country, are in trouble.

Republicans only have 1 thing going for them, THEY AREN'T DEMOCRATS. They have done far better on Defense but no better on big govt, or border security. We need to take the Small Govt, lower tax, drill HERE, shut the damn border Conservitives from BOTH parties and hang the rest.
What the so called "moderate" Republicans (RINO's ) can't get through their heads was that they lost because the people who wanted to "Work with" the Dems, REGISTERED THAT WAY.
Seems fairly obvious, but you don't have to be to bright to be a politician.
As to Clinton getting the goods on BO, just because they can't prove he ISN'T a citizen does not mean he CAN prove he IS. And she DID get to be Secretary of State after the things they both said about him, the RFK comment alone should have been enough to send her to obscurity.
