82 and he got off one in the chest and one in the eye, total kudos! I hope I would shoot that well in a situation like that. And a that-a-boys to the peace officers for nabbing the bitc@$s that talked the bad guy into it.

BRISTOL, Fla. -- Authorities say a burglar with a fake gun was shot and killed by a Panhandle home owner with a real gun.

The Liberty County Sheriff's Office reports that 24-year-old Octavious Barnes broke into 82-year-old Bradley Harvil's home and tried to steal about $1,100 in cash Sunday night. Authorities say Barnes was waiving around a toy pistol, colored black with a marker to look real, and assaulted Harvil.

The home owner was able to get to his real .357 magnum and shot Barnes in the chest and in the eye.

Authorities later concluded that three women had helped Barnes plan the burglary. Deputies have charged 19-year-old Jessica Nicole Long, 22-year-old Heather Marie Ammons and 43-year-old Mandy Allen with felony home invasion and second-degree murder.

You better be careful. You could shoot an eye out with that thing.  :)  Nevermind.

Firearms ownership and use by responsible citizens is officially proven to cut down on repeat criminal offenders.  To prove my point, I have $500 that says Octavious doesn't attempt that shit again.
I love waking up every morning knowing that Donald Trump is President!!

DING DING DING!!!
Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
