Why can't my county have a Sheriff like this?
« on: July 26, 2009, 06:59:12 PM »
I don't know when this happened:

POLK COUNTY FLORIDA SHERIFF GRADY JUDD

An illegal alien in Polk County Florida who got pulled over in a routine
traffic stop ended up 'executing' the deputy who stopped him..
The deputy was shot eight times, including once behind his right ear at
close range. Another deputy was wounded and a police dog killed.
A state wide manhunt ensued.

The murderer was found hiding in a wooded area with his gun.
After he shot at them, SWAT team officers open fired and hit the guy 68 times.

Now here's the kicker:

Naturally, the liberal media went nuts and asked why they shot the
poor undocumented immigrant 68 times.

Sheriff Grady Judd told the Orlando Sentinel:
Talk about an all-time classic answer.
'Because that's all the ammunition we had.'

Knowing the Orlando Sentinel, which is as bad as the Sun-Sentinel here, it's refreshing to read a reality slap to the press from time to time..

68 times,...? we would have got him 75 times,.. if it weren't for the damn trees he was hiding behind...

Let's see if any other left wing media type picks this story up,.....

My guess is they won't touch it....

Just like the 5 time DUI "undocumented alien" that killed a 5year old girl and her mother on Hwy. 136 in Southport, N.C.

Brunswick County tried, but the Feds stepped in "concerned" about his safety...and transported him out...

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

They picked it up last year when it happened. (Or was it the year before ? ) The libs of course were scandalized.

'Because that's all the ammunition we had.'

One word comes to mind... AWESOME!  Now there is one sure way to reduce government spending.  I'm sure the cost of the rounds fired to eliminate the scumbag, wouldn't have funded his meals for more than a few days in prison.  Plus, no lawyers, judges, nor idiotic juries to jack things up.

535 x 68 =  36,380  That's a lot of ammo money. Granted it's a lot less than a trillion on something that you know will make the problem worse instead of better.

Consider the money spent part of the economic "stimulus". That's cool - irony and a good deed in one action. OK, 535 actions, but still . . .

Rope is reusable 100 feet of rope and you could cycle them through 10 at a time.
