Nope, it was Milwaukee's PD Chief. Green Bay is pretty cool, or used to be. Too much hunting in that neck of the woods, too many guns running around for a gun-grabber to make any headway up there.

The Chief's of Police in Portsmouth, Newington and Dover are anti 2A asshole liberals.
There is no need to register a fire arm in NH.
