Chris Mathews(D) interviews man that carried gun at Town Hall

I thought I saw Tom Bogan on CSPAN asking Obama about his health care plan. The dialog went something like this:

Obama: Uhhhhh.....I'll take a question from over here. Oh...Uhhhh...it's Tom Bogan, from Laconia! What are you doing here....Uhhhh.....I mean how are you doing here today, Tom? Janet and I were talking about you the other day.

Tom: Mr. President, I would like to know what kind of benefits I can expect to get from your "wonderful" plan.

Obama: Uhhhhh......Tom, I don't have all the details but you will not be on that plan anyway.

Tom: Really?

Obama: Right. I think you should have the plan that thousands of your fellow Americans have today. That plan provides 24X7 coverage and the best thing it is totally free!

Tom: Wow! How do I get that plan? I'm all about freebies!

Obama: Uhhhh....Normally you have to forfeit your civil rights. The federal prison health care plan is what I am talking about here, Tom. But Janet and I are trying very hard to figure out a way for you to take advantage of this plan and all of the trappings that go with it.

Tom: Oh boy! I can't wait, Mr. President! You are so beneficent and magnanimous! Fascism rocks!

Obama: And with any luck, Tom, I'll have you in one of my enlightenment centers very soon!

Tom: Does anyone have a tissue? I get emotional at these types of events......

Every time I try to watch Matthews (for a few minutes is all I can take) he just seems like a bigger asshole. First, if you are a television interviewer, you can't keep shouting at the person after asking a question. When the respondent makes a point or replies coherently when given a  half-second to do so, Matthews takes off on a different tangent with questions designed to put the person off guard.
Chris Matthews is just another in this long line of s*** jockeys that mainstream news has become. The only people they show partial respect to is other news people. I say, start boycotting sponsors of their shows.

Mathews, Hannity, O'reilly etc. Its shout o vision. Who wants to watch this? Lots of folks apparently, but I'm not one of them. Its why I occasionally watch Maddow. She actualy lets people answer a question and doesn't come off all pissed off all the time. Her and Scarborough are about the only two cable talk hosts I can tolerate. Its not their politics either, its just the style. Also remember Matthews was Tip O'Neills chief of staff before he got into TV. He's an old school Great Society dem first and a journalist second.
