15 through bull.  3 hits each.  If I close and number before you then if I hit again I get the points.  Gotta close em all and win the points.

I used to feel that way, but charcoal is a PITA and briquets aren't much more natural than gas. If you want to go with hard woods you"re  a better man than me Charlie Brown, and I want to eat at your house, but its expensive, slow and a pain. I will stand with Hank Hill and tout the benefits of propane. ;D

You use 'cowboy' http://www.cowboycharcoal.com/ charcoal and supplement with hickory or mesquite chunks.

Cheap for me....I live in a pecan orchard surrounded by oak trees....... ;D


You are right about the slow part.......but good food deserves the time...........time for beer.
