While I can't watch the video (blocked at work), I have seen firsthand the liberal bent towards rewriting history.  My duaghter and I were watching Battleground on Military Channel last night on Midway.  She asked why it was so important.  I asked if she'd learned anything about it in History, as last year was US History from 1865 on.  "Nope."  "Did you learn anything about WW2?" "No, the teacher said it wasn't important.  We only spent a week on it instead of the normal two."

One week to discuss the most important turning point of the last 50 yrs!  I'm afraid to ask how long they spent on Woodstock and the Carter Administration.  The war in Vietnam probably was a day, if it was talked about at all.

Probably right, but I could see the NEA drones dwelling on VN too - mostly to indoctrinate the wee lads and lassies on how bad we are and how we failed so utterly.
