Congratulate Justice Sotomayor.............NOT
« on: August 17, 2009, 11:53:16 AM »
I came across this link on youtube. It is from Babs Boxer and it allows you to send a message of "congratulations to Justice Sotomayor. I sent the following:

It is a shame that America has been stuck with an activist judge on the Supreme Court. We now have an opinionated, racist who has been consistently overruled by her new colleagues.

Whoopie, our Constitution is being defended by an Affirmative Action activist who was such a crummy judge she was overturned 2/3 of the time. If they wanted a TRUE incompetent they should have picked Jack Wienstien.

Think she'll be impressed ?  ;D

"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

From Kid,

I sent the following:

It is a shame that America has been stuck with an activist judge on the Supreme Court. We now have an opinionated, racist who has been consistently overruled by her new colleagues.

That is not going to get you off any lists Kid...... ;)

I guess we'll be on them together.

I hope she remembers......

"An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation as though it had never been passed."
Norton v. Shelby County, 118 US 425

"Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them."

- Miranda vs. Arizona, 384 US 436, 491

"There can be no sanction or penalty imposed upon one because of this exercise of constitutional Rights."

- Snerer vs. Cullen, 481 F. 946
**********
"With regard particularly to the U.S. Constitution, it is elementary that a Right secured or protected by that document cannot be overthrown or impaired by any state police authority."

- Connolly vs. Union Sewer Pipe Co., 184 US 540; Lafarier vs. Grand Trunk R.R. Co., 24 A. 848; - O'Neil vs. Providence Amusement Co., 108 A. 887
**********
Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.
