That can't suck enough. That happened in my caddy, too, but $100 and some refrigerant later I was cool hand Luke once again.
I had been putting R34 in it every couple of weeks for more than a year. It finally died and I KNOW it is gonna be more than 1-200 so it's outta the question on getting it fixed. I don't have the tools to do it myself and I don't know any one that does so.......

The compressor was Designed to go 3 years ago. Have a friend who was a Ford mechanic for 25 years, Nothing on them is designed to last more than 10 years.
So far it's been a pretty good truck. It has about 70,000 miles on it so 'light driving'. The only thing I have had to replace is both of the window motors (other than normal maintainance stuff).
