Some Recovering BHO Supporters Can Be Reached!

First off, short and sweet, I am working on a 116 Azimut Yacht that was run onto the Port Everglades jetty a little over a year ago.

She is getting a total refit, and we are close to getting her to the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show in Oct. Big Job....

Well, there is another company in charge of pipe fitting, fabrication, carpentry, etc,.. and I have gotten to know these crews real well, day after day,...

There is a recovering BHO supporter nicknamed "Smiley" (everyone has a nickname), and we have rather "spirited debates" regarding politics, and 2nd Amend. issues..

(kinda like having TAB or FQ on the job)

Well,  Smiley has had a "reality slap" with the "Obamessiah", and he has been asking me about different guns, calibers, Florida gun laws, etc,....

Plus, I  keep things easy for him to understand,...For Example:



WE have had a major epiphany!!!!!



We went to the range, (at his request), and my invitation to "just try some out"...
Since he has no guns, but has limited shooting skills from his parents who hunted,,,(I know,,)..
I brought a complete battery for him to "try".

Walther PPK/S .380
Rossi M971 with .38 and a few .357 Magnum's
FN9mm
M+P .40
S&W 1911 .45ACP (just because)
Glock Model21 .45ACP

Gave him a breakdown on range rules, firearms safety, MORE SAFETY, stance, targeting, SAFETY, reloading, etc,..
and he is a good shot. He bought the ammo and targets, (thankfully).... and we were there for over 2 hours.

Well, I have created a monster!!! The gun show was last weekend, he took his CCW class, and bought a CZ-75 NIB 9mm. :o 8)

He picks it up this Tuesday. and we are going to the range for a range session. He has reviewed, done his homework, (with help from me), and the CZ 75 is a great choice.

NOW HE WANTS TO JOIN THE NRA!!!! :o :o :o :o

He has SEEN THE LIGHT!!!!!. There is real HOPE & CHANGE for ya'....!!!!!!

I'll be taking pics when we go.....

He has now seen the deficit spending, the socialist agenda, the ways the BHO admin. will creep into more and more of "everyday Americans",.... recognized that Rev. Wright is wrong, Bill Ayers is Wrong, Chicago Politics are Wrong, and Nancy Pelosi, Chucky Schumer, and others, could care less about us working stiffs as long as we shut up and get in line.....

He has a streak of INDEPENDENCE!!!!, OMG!!!

I quoted him some Founding Father quotes, amongst others, as I am a quoting guy, and I thought his head would explode....

If nothing else, he does not seem to impressed by the Republican Party either, (I can't knock him for the RINO's), but it has at least made him an Independent. Which in today's world isn't that bad.

That Azimut 116 is one ugly ass big boat! Big enough to run aground in the freakin ocean.

Good on you. Work with him to get some of his friends and kin invovled in shooting. As long as thye buy the ammo, have fun!
