I think it is fitting that his last official act was to sponsor and vote for a $5 billion dollar expansion of public service ... as if gov. ain't big enough and expensive enough already.  And then last week he makes an apeal to change his own rules concerning his replacement ... Have you ever played a game with a three year old that will do anything to gain an advantage?

This rant isn't just about Sen. Kennedy.  This rant is about every elected or public official that worshiped who he was and what he stood for.

It is with a less-than-heavy heart that I awakened to the news that the Evel Knievel of Chappaquiddick, longtime foeman of my freedoms, and last withered fruit of a particularly bad crop of jumped-up Yankee wannabe-aristocrats that infested our government, has finally gone on to whatever reward awaits him.

As an added bonus, I will probably not have to hear anything about Michael Jackson for at least a week.

Just as there are women in this world that should not be allowed to wear certain items of clothing, there are many of us men that should keep the cloth on our bodies in public!  I admit to taking my shirt off from time to time when working outside, but I have seven and a half acres in a rural setting to hide on ... and did I mention lots of screening from the road?
