I don't know if "scare" is the right word, but "extra caution" would be the operative discription when shooting black powder revolvers. I had one chain fire on me when I got in a hurry to load it, and since then I've always taken extra care when loading.

This one doesn't necessarily scare me, but sure would like to shoot one some time.  I have a friend that owns one and if I ever get a chance to visit him in Alaska I may get that chance.

Won't say how or when but I shot a 20 gauge single barrel like that.  Not bad really.

shot guns with damaskus barrels, more so when you  see some one shooting smokeless in them....


other then that no, but I'm not going to shoot off a super uber mag in a light wieght gun( I don't care if its a hand gun or a light wieght rifle.)
