NEW YORK — A New York couple face criminal charges after they allegedly photographed their 11-month-old and 5-year-old boys posing with guns.

Police say the 24-year-old mother told investigators she thought the photos would be funny.

Authorities found out about the pictures after the woman e-mailed them to friends and relatives, and one of them called the city's child protection agency.

The woman and her boyfriend face child endangerment, weapons and marijuana charges.

I can't wait to see the photos, and what they based the warrants on to get them on everything else.

Even if the (possible) trumped up other charges get thrown out, they will use the drug charges to give guns a bad name in all of this 

If the guns weren't loaded and were owned legally, I think a good attorney could get everything thrown out due to poor investigation and obtaining of a warrant.  If the system is going to be twisted to hurt us why not twist it to protect us.

 The FN ( PS 90 ? ) was the one I mistook for a High Point, Then of course I didn't mention that "Ultimate 10/22 we all lusted after. The pic of the young man with the MP 5 must be at OFASTS as well since I counted 4, maybe 5 cases (one might have been a stump   )

P90...fully automatic.  You can write your name with one of those things.  The boy with the MP 5 got beyond his defender and outran him after to score on a 51 yard TD pass on Friday.....just thought I'd throw that in....  All of those were at the OFASTS (Oklahoma Full Auto Shoot and Trade Show)...which is mid-June every year adjacent to the Missouri state line.

And yes...thanks for not mentioning that....I would hate for Haz to notice...   

Peg...we did have a good time.  It's something for the entire family.  They had babies in strollers with ear muffs on....quite safe and controlled.

Sounds like OFASTS is the type of positive exposure for children, as well as adults, that we need more of around the nation.

The shooting I've done with full autos was quite fun.......expensive.....but fun.
