Anyone try this product?  I saw a demo at a gun show.  It looked pretty slick.

The tool sends a 2 types of foam pads through the chamber. The cleaner pad has a scotch-brite like tip.  The polishing type does not. The sequence to clean uses the cleaner pad with solvent followed by the polishing pad with lube (oil).

The sending unit has a bore matching piece the seals into the chamber. The C02 cartridge forces the pad down the barrel. The person doing the demo said there is a enough force from the C02 to push a 50 cal slug through a muzzle loader.

Correction:  It is a cotton wad.

Application for Bench Rest Shooter Break ins???
I was thinking this could be a possibility o use when breaking in a new rifle,  IF one subscribes to the progressive shot sequence and clean method -- shoot one shot, clean, shoot 3, clean, shoot 5,clean, /...../end-- total= 75 shots...the sequence stops circa 75-100 shots depends on where you read. {Some say it's not necessary where it may be more important to ensure the barrel is not overheated.} I am not a bench rest shooter.

Common Joe Approach:
It would be a means to quickly care for the barrel, if you get home late from the range.  It may help eliminate the possibility of cleaning rod damage in the chamber or on the crown...  drastic accuracy reducers. 

Observations:
The cotton wad seems to press into the inside of the barrel ...taking the same path as a bullet would while following the rifling.  The ejected wad in the demo had striations on it resembling that of a bullet recovered after a shot.

Expense:
It doesn't seem to be any more expensive than other cleaning supplies.

I may have to try it.  I thought someone here would have an opinion and tell me that I witnessed a snake oil sales pitch.
