During our daily afternoon thunderstorm, I decided to fondle, strip, and clean some revolvers.
My Interarms Amadeo Rossi M971 .357, which is one of my "bump in the night pistols", was cleaned and lubed about two months ago.
Now, the Extractor pin won't loosen from the extractor!

To remove the cylinder.. Usually, I can grasp the cylinder and give it a turn, and unthread the extractor rod, spring, and extractor itself and take the cylinder off...
The manual calls for hand tightening, which I did last time I had it off, and countless times before, but now the damn thing won't loosen up... I was actually trying pretty good by hand,....
Before I take a pair of pliers to the extractor pin, (part 17 of the manual), to try to get it unthreaded from the extractor itself, I thought I would run it by the best resource I know...

I thought of some PB Blaster around the cylinder and extractor and let it soak for a while, it plunges fine, nice and smooth, but won't loosen up.. I may end up using a rag, with some small pliers, around the extractor and try to help it, but any and all advice is welcome before I give it a go,...
Thank you
