Reminds me of one I read about years ago.  Not only did the guy put one through his head, but it ricocheted off the water heater and killed his girlfriend too.

Reminds me of that incident a few years back about the midair colision of a naval reconnisance plane ane a Chinese MIG over the straits of Formosa. The MIG pilot tried a maneuver where you overfly your target and drop right in front of it. This creates an air pocket that causes the opponent to lose support and drop like a rock for a bit (there's a technical term that I forget). Rule number one though, is remembering how long your plane is. Our hero forgot this rule, causinging the rear of his aircraft to impact on our guy's nose cone. Our plane was damaged but survived, our hero was toast. His name? Wong Wei (I shit you not). ;D
