I'm pretty sure the original PM9 was approved.  I'll check the older roster I have on my home computer.  Looks like they added some additional "Hey Stupid, check and see if it's loaded!" information to satisfy the morons at the Firearms Bureau!

Pretty silly to build them right here in MA and not be on the roster.
