Sad thing is, that generally, when the wingnuts from both sides hate a politician it means they're doing something right. Here, he really has done nothing other than push through a beefed up version of Paulson's stimulus. FP, Jack. DP, Squat. I really wouldn't be to worried (on the right), or too hopeful (on the left). Madison wins again. Change is very, very hard.

Still trying to bail your sorry ass out after voting for The Won? Wrong again.

As if the stimulus isn't bad enough, we discovered with BJ that the damage bho has done to the extensive Federal bureaucracy cannot even be guessed at this point. There are now - and will be more over the next 3+ years - anti-American left-wing plants in the bowels of each department who will sabotage any efforts to correct the damage by any future President. The really hard job will be to extricate them from the protective bureaucratic beast and right the gummint ship properly.

The "honeymoon" phase might be starting to end.  It isn't over by a long shot but there are more and more "buyer's remorse" stories in the news.

I was talking with a guy over the weekend about a similar topic.  He's seeing a lot of good national security/intel community types that are frustrated and afraid of the direction of their departments so they are finding other jobs.  He said most are truly afraid that Obummer is the greatest threat to national security they have ever seen.
