Okay, someone dropped the ball yesterday.   No Cooper QOTD.

So here's one this morning.  One I've taken more to heart lately.  Not just having a gun, under the seat or in the drawer, but making sure it is actually with me....on me, more often than not.

Here is today's. Once again we see Col. Cooper is ahead of his time seeing that a pattern "may" be forming.
