The show is called Mall Cops: Mall of America. As the name implies, it will focus on the mall’s security guards.

Here’s the show description from TLC’s Web site: “An action-packed day in the life of the Mall of America, as seen through the eyes of the men and women assigned to guard its stores and shoppers: the mall cops. From protecting celebs to busting shoplifters, there’s no job too big for the mall cops.”

Three TLC film crews spent 12 hours a day at the mall for three-and-a-half weeks earlier this year to get the footage for the show.

It will be on TLC Thursday 10/15 at 10:00

From the commercial I saw, it really looks like those "cops" are not slacking on their Ninja
