now I don't know what she did, but it really does not matter.  The reason, he is native american( of which I am one as well)  so he had fishing rights.  Which is a goverment controled monpoly.  you either have to NA or buy them off a NA to get fishing rights.  The 1st its just a matter of who gave birth too you, the 2nd are always sold for 10s of millions some times 100s of millions.
