You DO realize that Henry is like the 3rd company to produce the AR7 ?
Originally it was put out by Armalite, then some one else, I THINK it was Charter Arms, Now Henry, there might have been other manufacturers in between. Makes me think that while there may be a niche for it in the market, (I wouldn't mind having one ) It doesn't seem to support it's self in the long run.

Yes, it was Charter Arms.... I think it never really caught on b/c it is known for not being very accurate.
Everything I needed to learn in life I learned from Country Music.

But the kid in the video said it was "pretty accurate".  8)

And Remington Thunderbolts are high quality .22 rounds.  ;D

I wanna say it was a Marlin at one point to.  Either way it was the gun used in the now infamous book "Hit man".  The books been out of print since the law suit against Paladin Press, & check out the prices it brings on Ebay ($120 for a once $4 paperback!)   :o

At one point the AR7 was available in S.S., and camo.  They look neat, and used to go for $79 bucks...  Just to "toy like" to actually buy.  :-\  Still neat to see!  :)

No drip pans in the Chinese ones?

As a matter of fact ... NO!

I've heard that if the taxidermist is "good", you won't NEED a drip pan.   ;D

Yeh, and if we all lived right there would be no need for asbestos underware either  ;)

I still like the message in the Henry commercials.  I'd like to know if CNN sold the time knowing it was a gun commercial or if they just whored their station.

Sweet home made stock.

But Badger where to you stow the barrel, action and magazine?   Sort of the idea behind the AR-7.

Will work for ammo
