No Glock at home but I have shot a custom Glock 34 last year at a range, with a slide that was unbelievable.

He has to have a reduced power recoil spring.  The standard is 17 lbs.   There is no way on earth that a untricked up glock slide could go out of battery by pulling it back then shoving it forward.

It has at least been sent to the shopfor an action job.  Probly has a 10 lb  recoil spring.

FQ,

Have you ever handled a 'race' gun?  The slides are incredible!

No, but I would like to. ;D

Even if he's catching the sight on his shirt or something...  I'm not buying the "stock gun" thing unless he's playing on words and saying it's a "stock gun", but the recoil spring is cut in half, & I'm using super light loads and a buffer to keep the gun from cracking in half.

Hello, new member today!  ;D.  I managed to get the slide racked once with the right body english after about ten ties.  I haven't repeated it in about 20 more tries and my shoulder and pecs hurt.  I did it on my Glock 19, but I think the slide only moved enough to reset the trigger, not far enough to chamber a round as I did it without a magazine or rounds in the gun.  Looks interesting though.

Welcome hatunbaby! Interesting post. Why don't you take a short trip over to the new member line and tell us a little about you. Don't forget to register for the give-aways!

Actually last time I took the Mosquito out it ran well.  I'm still not trusting it, but it has me interested again.

How about slide lightening? I wonder with a stock recoil spring it would work.

I hope slide lightening isn't anything like butt thunder.    ::)
