Isn't this illegal search & seizure? I hope Gresham backs these people & helps them kick some schoolboard/school butt. I'm sure there are plenty of sleezy lawyers in Ca that could help them win this. If not, Fl has an abundance they could loan them!

THe way I read the article he consented to the actual search of the vehicle, and volunteered the information that the guns were contained therein.

The main arguements are 1 the vehicle was off campus
                                    2 why wasn't the other student expelled
                                    3 why didn't anything happen to the drivers of the 2 vehicles that had live ammo in them

Freakin dogs have some GOOOOOD noses!  The guns were fired outside, hours before hand.   :-\  Something to keep in mind as our country goes off the deep end.
