Hell, I'm packing right now.....so T-Day dinner won't be any different. Everyone in my family is used to it anyway.
The only time I don't have it on me is when I'm asleep (and it's within reach then) or in a place the law says I can't have it.
I'll be without all day tomorrow while frying the four turkeys for the FFA ag classes at the high school.
"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

If we were going to stay home it would be no, but we are going to make three different stops.... so it's YES.

Nope, I'm going to my wife's brother's place.  He is a Deputy Sheriff and a part of the county SWAT team  I'll let him provide the guns if needed.  Also, there will be two nephews there who are cops too.  They usually have a BUG with them.

its really just the father inlaw.  he does not like the fact that I am a blue coller worker...  the mother and sister in law both love me to death.

Your lucky, My ex mother in law hated me so much, if she'd had the connections she would have put a hit on me  ;D
That's why I carried a 1911 at my wedding. I told my Dad if she touched the knife for the wedding cake I was dropping her  ;D

yes, I'm going to a homless shelter.

Its something I've done several times.  It really reminds you how much you really have.

Ain't that the truth?  Anytime I start feeling sorry for myself I watch "Extreme Home Makeover".....makes me realize how good I have it!!
I love waking up every morning knowing that Donald Trump is President!!
