I think you have too many.... unless you are trying to arm a militia.

If it were 1939 outside, and we lived in Poland,  he'd be damn handy to know. ;)

My C&R has paid for itself many times over, actually with the first purchase I ever made with it.
Does the C@R cover transfers, even if they are for profit? Because that is a big honking felony if it doesn't. Do you have to do the background check? Honestly, I would watch my ass on this. Not that anyone is likely to hold up a liquor store with a Moisin, unless they had a very long counter to accomodate the six feet of rifle and bayonet, and a good supply of vodka. ;) Still, it does leave you open to straw purchase chares (which are all the rage now). >:(

What are you talking about FQ13? I have a C&R for my own personal collecting. I do not sell guns although I am allowed infrequent sales to further my collection.

What background check are you talking about? You really need to read what a C&R is and isn't. I have saved money in transfer fees by having a C&R and having C&R guns shipped directly to me. If I had to go through an O1 dealer every time I bought a C&R eligible rifle or shotgun it would cost me a small fortune.

I say rifle or shotgun because here in California I can't use it for handgun purchases unless I take possession out of state and then I have to pay $19 to CADOJ withing 5 days of bringing it into CA in order to register it. If I have a C&R handgun shipped to CA it has to go to an 01 and I have to pay all the fees associated with buying a handgun and also am still required to wait 10 days even though I have a CA CCW.

Transfers of curio or relic firearms by licensed collectors are not subject to the requirements of the Brady law

It does not allow me to be in the business and I'm not.

A lot of people are very misled by the title of the license itself. The term "Curio & RELIC" doesn't mean "old clunker". There are many modern firearms on the list. It will surprise you how many guns you can buy / sell / & ship to your door with a valid C&R License. You can download the list here:
