CA passed a law very simlar to Az, prop 187...  it was over truned in court...

Thats fine.... This is a states rights issues as much as anything else. Barry and the justice dept should not be involved. The people of AZ want this law, and they believe that it will help reduce their crime. This law will only effect their state and if this is what they want then ths is what they should get. If it is to be found to be unjust or has been abused, then that must be decided by the courts. Obama is once again over stepping his bounds

IIRC the law was over turned as it was not with in the power of the states to enact such a law.


I don't know if this is what will happen for this law, but  I know if there are any hints of profiling, they will get tossed out.

Illegal is illegal, so it doesn't matter what the court does with this law.  For right now it is just sending a message as to how they feel, but as Sheriff Joe said on CNN the other morning "This is all stuff we are doing already, so it won't change our normal operation."

Its like this Tom. The dog is easily bored. She's destructive when she's bored. The squirrell keeps her entertained for free. Chew toys are $5 a pop and get eaten inside a day. The hibiscus (full size) is about $50. I figure I'm coming out ahead letting the fuzzy little bastard live. How's that for cold blooded realist logic?

Other countries, including Mexico, have immigration laws that are much worse. ie North Korea, Iran, etc,...
