I got sucked in again tonight  :'(  My addiction to anything shooting got me to stop in mid surf, and I keep watching.

The one on right now is the long bow, and JJ won it for his team.  I liked his attitude, and I think he would be a good instructor based on what they showed us.  He has never shot a long bow before, he paid attention to the instructor and others, and he turns out to appear to be the best there.

However, the constant bickering, whining crap for ten minutes of shooting  >:(  Just like a train wreck - I don't want to see it, but I can't look away.

I go back to my earlier post - we need to let anybody that will listen know that we want a real shooting show and not a soap opera dressed in shooting clothes!

P.S.
Congrats JJ on your great shot, and thanks for your attitude.

not to self   don't look at this thread until I see the show   due to the spoilers

Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them

I agree. Way too much personal crap. I can't believe that "Brad" is some type of pro category shooter the way he whines about the guns, (Beretta not as "good" as a Glock), and all the rest. Another thing I didn't get was why the guy, (I forgot his name), got so pi$$ed off at Kelly for making some kind of comment about his ex wife. He's a young kid. Young kids say dumb things. He then apologised for it and the guy still was on the warpath with him over it. Regardless, they could have left that whole bit of nonsense out of it. Too much "reality train wreck", and no where near enough shooting. They spend way too much time with the whole "shooting at the name" of the guy you want to send to the elimination round. Put the guys name in a hat, tally the votes, and get on with it. It needs to focus far more on competitive shooting. As it stands now they could run it during the daytime soap opera schedule.   Bill T.

I caught a couple of episodes last night while waiting for the fireworks to get started (I can see a couple of pretty good displays from my back deck).  What a waste of time.  Way too much "Survivor" with guns.  I really find "reality" shows to be distasteful, manipulative, and an insult to my intelligence.  Not anything like my reality.

If they REALLY wanted a show that showed what shooters are all about, they should grab 6 -12 of US !  ;D
No BS, just shooting challenges and some friendly razzing.  ;D

Reality is a crutch.   :D :D

Caught a couple of episodes last night. Hate the drama on the teams but loved the challenge exercise with the static line.  :) That would be a load of fun.

As for the few for the show, if it were to be chosen off here, I would nominate Tombogan, Hazcat and FQ13. Some of the stuff you all have been written on here would be perfect for a sitcom!!!  ;D

Ping -  You need to go back a couple pages and read about the safety issues with the shooting on the zip line  >:(

As far as Tom, Haz and FQ ... All it would be is witnessed and recorded assault and maybe worse  ;D  Those three in one room ... two words - bloodshed ... err ... make that rope burn  ;D
