Ping -  You need to go back a couple pages and read about the safety issues with the shooting on the zip line  >:(

As far as Tom, Haz and FQ ... All it would be is witnessed and recorded assault and maybe worse  ;D  Those three in one room ... two words - bloodshed ... err ... make that rope burn  ;D

We are talking about shooting sports right.

Thank you, Lord for DVRs.   I can watch an episode in 10 minutes. Skip all the drama----get to the shooting.   Caught up on the archery and the AR-15 stress test last night.

Cool challenge with the ARs.  Memorize the positions.   And congrats to the guy that lost the shoot off in the end.  For someone who admitted to zero proficiency with a handguns he did very well.  I only wish one time they would have given the audience a full 30seconds to see if we could memorize the plate positions.

My technique would have been to number each row left to right.    So 4, 1 & 6, 2, 1&3, 5 would have meant, starting with the top row, shoot the 4ths square, come down a row and shoot 1 & 6, down a row and shoot 2....etc.

They could have made it harder by not even outlining the squares when they covered them.   I would have done it with a rolled up drop cloth instead of rigid panels.

If they REALLY wanted a show that showed what shooters are all about, they should grab 6 -12 of US !  ;D
No BS, just shooting challenges and some friendly razzing.  ;D

I agree, if they insist on making a reality show that involves shooting though I think they should do a show that follows Jesse Abbate 24/7. That's some "shooting" reality programming I could get into.

He got my vote, as long as they pick 12 of us to co star with her.

+1 Bill
I agree. Way too much personal crap. I can't believe that "Brad" is some type of pro category shooter the way he whines about the guns, (Beretta not as "good" as a Glock), and all the rest.
the line that got me was  I am "a Grand master" shooter
who cares   I know I don't

you need to be the Top shot with everything they give you  not just your Mouth
that bloke really annoys me

Another thing I didn't get was why the guy, (I forgot his name), got so pi$$ed off at Kelly for making some kind of comment about his ex wife. He's a young kid. Young kids say dumb things. He then apologised for it and the guy still was on the warpath with him over it.

agree  kids do that   get over it.  it was not worth his attitude  and to loose any sleep over crap like that

Regardless, they could have left that whole bit of nonsense out of it. Too much "reality train wreck", and no where near enough shooting.

it is what the lowest common denominator   ie  reality TV Game shows fan's like   and it is the same in shows like Surviver, Master Chef, or anything else like that

that sort of BS gets ratings

They spend way too much time with the whole "shooting at the name" of the guy you want to send to the elimination round. Put the guys name in a hat, tally the votes, and get on with it. It needs to focus far more on competitive shooting. As it stands now they could run it during the daytime soap opera schedule.   Bill T.

I agree
however it is a show that gets the shooting on to TV  and the more of that the better

also I think "we" are expecting too much out of a reality show  as that is what it is  more than a Comp Shooting show  as part of the entertainment show

however in saying that I would love to see DRTV do a shooters comp shooting show for Shooters  with a little of the BS and trash talking between the shooters  and more comp shooting   I think with MB  and MH's back ground in competition shooting and TV production they would be able to put together a real good knock out style show
Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. The only thing you can’t do is ignore them

+1- Great idea. I'd love to see people like us getting the chance to shoot for prizes, etc. They could travel around to different facilites...go to our local funspots, the whole deal. More shooting, less, MTV and Survivor style crap.

I think we should all buy a bunch of Shoot-N-C and Exploding Targets, rent a big house, live together and fight for a week. M.B. can bring the food and the beer!     Bill T.
