Damn!  Can't understand how the cops failed to search someone that had shot one of their own.

I suspect both of these mopes were using standard ball ammo.

The first one kind of lends credence to the "9mm ball is a crappy man-stopper" line of thinking.  What's he using?  A sigma?

That is a bit unbelievable, but it is true. It has been Snoped. It looked like a 1911 which is a fairly large handgun. You would think someone would have seen it while he was in the process of being cuffed and uncuffed.   Bill T.

Gee TAB, he has nothing to worry about he's got video evidence to prove there wasn't a crime involved. Unless of course you count about a half dozen misdemeanors he and his "friends" could be charged with. And that's if they didn't skp straight to the Baker Act and get him comitted. ;D

I'd say he is good for a 72 hour hold...

At the very least thing guy should be charged with illegal/unlawful discharge of a firearm.

It's a shame they can't charge some one like that with "aggravated stupidity".

He's probably waiting the 4 years for Husseincare to kick in.   Bill T.

Scroll down a bit to video, then click on it. WARNING: Shot is at the .56 second mark in the video, and is quite graphic!  Bill T.

Not near as graphic as all the advertisements around the video..
Holy Moley.. I have wasted 30 minutes clicking off the subject at hand.. ( but it was a nice 30 minutes.. )

It's a pretty racy site. I just googled San Bernardino Police Station shooting, and this was the only link I could find. Several others were dead. It's been floating around the Internet for a while now.  Bill T.
