I haven't seen or handled one as of yet. But the price is right, and if I were in the market for a AR-15 style .22 I would for sure check it out. I think the Mossberg line of .22's are highly underrated. Bill T.

Take your basic 22 semi auto. Put a stock on it that has a butt load of picky nose rails, call it "tactical". Jack the price up 300%. Slow sellers are cleaned out of the warehouse.

The Mossburg "Plinkster", which is what the basic rifle is, can be had for less than $100.

Okay, and I can't believe I'm recommending Ruger since I swore them off after the large cap clip er magazine debacle.

Get a current model Ruger 10/22 VARMINT model.  Heavy barrel, no barrel band, floating stock.  Tactical-ize it with after market parts.   Just don't hang anything on the barrel.   You'll have a black "tactical" rifle that shoots less than MOA at 50yds.  You'll also have lot's of fun outfitting it.    It may cost a few dollars more, but not only will your gun look cool, you will also be able to hit where you are aiming.   A lot of guys at the range can talk the talk and have all the bling, but at the end of the day, what counts is who can walk the walk and put the holes where it counts.
