I voted this noon!  I rode in on my American assembled bike (can't say that for the next one most likely  :'(); I wore ten pounds of heavy black bovine hide; and I accessorized with a S&W 1911 tucked in a Bianchi #120 + two spare mags and 25 rounds of Hornady  Critical Defense in .45acp, a Ruger LCP in a TNT Custom Leather + two spare mags and 19 rounds of Hornady in .380, a S&W ExtremeOps 3 incher, and a SureFire 6P Defender.

I voted my conscience, and am proud to have done so!  I even defied the judge's ruling and made them look at my ID rather than just telling them who I was.

FQ:  Are you saying you DIDN'T vote for BHO this time, or did you write him in somewhere  ;)

Old folks, retired, don't vote during the morning before work rush, the lunch time rush or the after work rush.

They get there licks in outside of prime time.
Not in Florida, the blue hairs here make it a point to be out and completely in the way during morning rush hour, right at the crack of noon and again at 5 without fail. God forbid I try to run in to the grocery store during lunch so I don't have to go later when I've got kid(s) with me because there's always someone with a walker and a handful of coupons counting out pennies or using the 5 extra minutes I've got to spare to learn how to use that new fangled debit card their kids talked them into getting. By the time they finish telling the clerk about their little kitty and his trip to the vet for its bowel obstruction I'm ready to kick their cane out from under them. Then I take a deep breath and think of my grandparents and try to get to my car and out of the lot before they get in theirs at the handicap spot and get in front of me so they can drive 18 in a 45 all the way back to my office. And people wonder why I take my lunch most days.

I voted around 10 because I was already out for a dentist appointment and there were about 20 voters total inside and a bunch of senior meanderers sitting out front clogging the entrance area while sipping coffee waiting for their 10 minute sign waving shift.

There weren't a lot of voters when I went in about 3:30. I think I was #267. No idea how many people are in my precinct. I don't even know how many precincts there are. I wish I knew.

P.S. I had to vote for one Democrat. He got an "A" rating from the NRA.

Went to the Middle School at 7:30 a.m. Line out the door. Only took 15-20 minute wait. Nice and steady. School was closed, but the folks were coming in strong, and the lot was about full when I was done.

Charlie Crist, will be politically unemployed by the end of the day.  ;D One less RINO!!!

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

I went to work at 5:00 this morning, the Town Hall next to my house was already getting set up for the polling.

I had a root canal at 2:30 and came home, kissed the wife and pat the mutt on the head, walked down the front steps, got my mail and walked the 75 feet to town hall.  Right across the street was a middle aged woman holding a ten foot Gadsden flag.   ;)

My wife said there's been a steady stream of cars all day in our little burg here in SE Connecticut.  Since I just moved here, I just figuratively yanked the handle with the big "R" next to it and walked home.

Time will tell.....2-1/2 hours to go!

Me and the wife both voted last week.
Our 19 year old and his girlfriend both just came in from exercising their duty for the very first time (yes, I am proud of them). He said when he went in, there were several open machines, and when he left, the line went out the door and around the end of the building.
"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison
