I'm with M58 here, he should have excused himself, sought medical treatment, and turned the class over or maybe ended the class, the only defense I give him, is He did show his pistol to someone and asked " empty weapon? " and they both agreed, 2 parties at fault here. Having been a range officer for 25 yrs, cops scare me the most, ( some of you are great guys and gals, and I don't lump you in, so forgive me ), but I have had more guns pointed at me ( LOADED ) by Leo, than any other group, and feds have been the worst. The kids who ran when the rifle came out, those are the smart ones.
